White-label branding

Put your own logo, color, and domain on your career page instead of FocalVAHire's.

Requires the Enterprise plan. Configured in Settings → Preferences, under Branding.

Logo & accent color

  1. Upload a logo — PNG, JPG, SVG, or WebP, up to 2MB. It replaces the plain text company name at the top of your career page.
  2. Pick an accent color — used for the "Apply now" button on your career page.
  3. Save. Changes are live immediately.

Once you're on Enterprise, the "Powered by FocalVAHire" line at the bottom of your career page is removed automatically — you don't need to upload a logo first for that to happen; it's tied to your plan, not to whether you've branded the page yet.

Custom domain

Serve your career page from your own domain — jobs.yourcompany.com — instead of a focalvahire.com subdomain. Your domain stays registered wherever it already is; you're not moving it or buying new hosting.

  1. Enter the domain you want to use in Settings.
  2. You're given two DNS records to add at your own domain provider — a TXT record proving you own the domain, and a CNAME record that actually routes traffic to FocalVAHire.
  3. Add both records with your DNS provider (whoever you registered the domain through, or wherever you manage its DNS), then click Verify.
  4. Once verified, the platform operator provisions secure hosting for your domain — this is a manual step on their end and can take a little while. You'll see your career page go live at your own domain once it's done.

Prerequisite: you don't need anything else set up first, but note this is separate from — and doesn't require — the logo/color branding above. You can use a custom domain with or without custom branding, and vice versa.
