Activities

Your hiring to-do list — tasks, calls, meetings, and interviews, in one place and synced to your calendar.

What goes here

An activity is one of six types: Task, Call, Email, Meeting, Interview, or Other. Each one has a title, notes, a due date/time, and can optionally be linked to a specific candidate. Admins can also assign an activity to a specific team member.

Two kinds of activities show up here:

  • Manual — click + New activity to create one yourself, for anything you need to remember or follow up on.
  • Automatic — created for you when a live interview gets scheduled, or when a candidate advances or is bulk-actioned through the pipeline. You don't need to do anything for these to appear.

Views

Switch between a Calendar grid and a List view. In list view, filter by status tab (Upcoming, Past due, Done, All), or by type, candidate, assignee, and free-text search.

Mark an activity Done, edit it, or delete it at any time. There's also a CSV export if you want the data elsewhere.

Calendar sync

If you've connected Google Calendar or Office 365 Calendar (see Integrations), every activity assigned to you — manual or automatic — pushes to that calendar automatically. Creating, editing, or deleting an activity here updates the calendar event too, so Activities is effectively the in-app mirror of what shows up on your connected calendar.

Prerequisite: calendar sync only works once you've connected a calendar in Settings → Integrations. Without one connected, activities still work fine — they just stay in-app only.
